Our "Batty" Babalu Bash was held at Connolly's on October 28. The Halloween party benefited The Children's Center with '142 gallons' of toiletry items donated. Music was provided by "DJ Jamz" featuring DJ Chris. A Costume contest and Monster Mash Dance contest was held. The costume winner was Debbie Johnson dressed as an alien in a miniature replica of our Krewe Babalu float for Space and Beyond. The winning couple was "The Exorcist". So many wonderful costumes to pick from!! The Monster Mash Dance contest was won by Kevin Byrne & Sandi Salbert. The Scarecrow almost made it! The hay was shaking. Many mysteries were unfolded with our Tarot Reader. And as you can tell, The Flintstones were the hit of the party, including Dino. Bewitching Hour raffle prizes and door prizes were given throughout the night. The Graveyard Bar was busy all night. Hundreds of ghouls and ghosts came out for a hauntingly good time!
